Coordinator

The Sidney Poitier New American Film School in the Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts at Arizona State University is seeking a Coordinator to oversee the front office and assist in supporting the academic and curricular activities of the school. Under general supervision, the Coordinator will deliver excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff including greeting visitors and handling department inquiries by phone, email and Salesforce.  The Coordinator, in collaboration with the Coordinator Senior, will build, manage, and track the academic schedule related to course scheduling, student evaluations, request for incomplete grades and enrollment management such as instructor consent forms, individualized studies, internships, proxies and academic record changes.
