The Sidney Poitier New American Film School in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University (located in Mesa, Tempe and Los Angeles) seeks applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor, Creative Producing starting August 2024. This faculty member will design and teach undergraduate and graduate courses for film and media production and postproduction. This position will be located at two of ASU’s Poitier Film School locations, the ASU Tempe Campus and the Media and Immersive eXperience (MIX) Center, in Mesa AZ.

This faculty member will design and teach undergraduate courses in film and media editing and post-production, and actively engage in professional research and creative work.
